unfortunately the pool was closed due to high chlorine, although other facilities were open.

everything was lovely, the room was nice, the pool facilities, dinner and breakfast

we had access to the pool and gym facilities which i thought was good as you don't always have this option at a

nice room and really nice swimming pool, good location and convienient for after having a day at the zoo

they have sauna and pool there, shame i didn't have much time to visit, was for one night only

the cost of the room was cheap since you can use the pool, sauna and gym in the initial price

we used to pool and steam room, both were clean and well maintained

the swimming pool and associated elements were first class with huge fluffy towels provided

good choice of breakfast, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms really good

the pool & spa is wonderful. the restaurant was a bit pricey but delicious. the room was comfy

the hydro pool was out of use on the day we had our spa treatments.

unfortunately we left it too late to get booked in for a treatment but pool area was still really good

there's always things to do at the hotel, a nice pool, sauna, steam room, pool table

were looking forward to using the swimming pool, we had booked to use it on one of the mornings to then find out it was not in use

in a club room the lounge was amazing and the spa was one of the best we have been to loved the pool and
