we enjoyed using the swimming pool sauna and steam room very relaxing

pool was a little dirty in the bottom in all the corners

bonus was free access to the fitness and pool/spa facilities on site

use of the pool included with overnight stay

access to the leisure facilities -pool, sauna and jacuzzi was great and proximity to good walking routes

richmond, leyburn, forbidden corner, staff very friendly, great to stay in budget hotel with a pool, and gym room very comfortable, and good value for price paid

excellent breakfast and pool/sauna were fantastic

for local supermarkets and morecambe beach where there is parks for the children and arcades pool was also clean and staff was welcoming restaurant we didn’t eat in we did use the arcade

leisure facilities could do with a upgrade the pool was ok but slightly cold and the jacuzzi was cold with cold water jets, not something i have

only slight let down was the pool size and the fact that it wasn’t part of the hotel

nice but it is advisable to prebook as spaces for treatments are limited, and even use of the pool etc

the room spotless, the food amazing, location was outstanding and pool and spa facilities really nice and not to large

shown around hotel and to room used spa twice nice pool cool shower with rain shower thunder lightning and bird sounds
