breakfast buffet and pool was closed the first day but then open the rest of the stay

the pool was not nearly as big as the pictures make it out to be, but i didn't care, i didn't use it

the indoor pool and jacuzzi were appreciated. the overall cleanliness was great.

they said the pool was warm and it wasn't and the jacuzzi had so much chlorine.

suite was an like a studio apartment with sofa, a bar and barstools, mini fridge, sink, microwave, rain shower head, big screen tv, and desk

tried to call room service but kept getting a busy sound

i had no phone in my room so i had to use my cell phone to call room service

that the bath tub was not cleaned and that there was a used towel hanging on the shower curtain bar when we checked in

the room was very nice and clean. the pool was warm. the staff was great.
