everything you need is right on site indoor pool and spa was just perfect for winter relax children were very welcome and felt at home

we stayed for 4 nights in a beautiful suite overlooking the main pool

loved the direct access to the pool, however after first 2 quiet days, new guests arrived and the pool became a very loud place

one pool is next to a construction site, but there are two others.

the multiple pools were incredible, also the steam rooms

had a 3rd floor studio room in c block that had a balcony overlooking the pool and out towards the marina

next time we might book a room with a view of the pool or the marina

perfect for families with kids , as there s a small area only for kids, further from the big pool, with trampoline, slides and other games

pool could have been a tad warmer but was refreshing once plunged.

the kids club is located right by a kids & adult pool, so its great for parents to relax while still being able to be close by

the buffet breakfast was exceptional, the pools were clean and inviting with plenty of of loungers

the room was spacious and cozy, with amazing views of the pool and the ocean

didn’t affect us much as our daughter enjoyed the pool and nearby beach

in-door pool did not look very clean.

the hotel was very clean and the was both in the room, at the pool areas, the bars and the restaurants

toilets by the pool weren't cleaned on a regular basis

they provide you towels whenever you need it at the pool

the pool attendants are really helpful though in finding spare beds, but sunbed use could be managed

we understand that due to condition and low season the restaurant at the pool wasn t open but we find

exceptional architecture, very tasteful decoration, very nice pool and spa

food was delicious, the spa was so peaceful, the gym was bright and well equipped, the swimming pool was beautiful, all in all a dream

it was too early in the season this year, but i missed the outdoor entertainment at the pool area of previous years

live music around the pool was so loud , and as our room was on 1st floor directly above it we could not get to sleep

the balcony offered a marvellous view of the beach and ocean - awesome - plus view of swimming pool and surrounding areas-we were on 5th floor

i thought the rooftop pool was gorgeous

the room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. i loved the rooftop pool.

the bar by the pool was very good with wide selection of drinks and food

sunbeds by the pool were quickly occupied in the morning.
