attractive of the place is the hot springs; however, they only have one regular size pool for the guest of the hotel

we were allowed to use the pool facilities while we waited but without a room to change in we had to take our suitcase

included like the guests pool was nice to have the extra hours after the park closed and the food was great, good variety

was no soap in the toilets and were very dirty in the hotel pool

the service and they charge for everything including they charge to have a table by the pool

we wanted to have access to the facilities of the hotel like the restaurant and the pool, but we were too far away from it

indoor pool was great,restrooms and showers clean, the only thing was the sauna wasn’t

hacienda had different things to do; horse riding, pinpong, little football, tennis, sqash and a pool the rooms had enough plates and microwave and

pool was too far from rooms, water was not warm, there were not many chairs to sit and hard to find

bar and activities are a great plus
