pool was a little cold, but not freezing

the pool water was uninviting. it looked dark.

i loved that we were still able to reserve time in the pool as a family

have liked to see staff wipe down/sanitize the elevator buttons/hand rails and furniture in the pool area/lobby

coffee/tea maker in room, pancake machine at breakfast, warm water in the swimming pool, helpful, friendly staff let me check in early

pool was open, staff was nice, room and pool were clean

pool was not as large as i had hoped but still nice. no hot tub.

we smelled the chlorine from the pool in the hallway but not in the room.

the breakfast and pool hours were generous. the pool was warm. the front desk was nice.

was a large group of softball players and parents that monopolized the pool (to capacity) and our kids couldn't swim and partied in the parking area late into the night

pool did not have towels--each time we swam we had to request towels from the front desk

breakfast area was closed, the pool was closed, and the workout room was closed

without the breakfast and pool it seemed a bit pricey.

pool was also closed due to covid. this is understandable.

room, beds, breakfast, exercise room, pool and staff were wonderful.
