although we didn’t use the pool, it looked very nice

pool was not operating the day of my stay

additionally, the pool was dirty, which further added to our dissatisfaction

like everything, the staff treat us excelent, the spa was great experience, the food was awesome, the facilities very beautiful and peacefull

the hotel had an old fashioned style but is well maintained with great facilities

however, i wonder why this hotel is a 4 star hotel, there is no fitness, pool, or any other activity to do in the hotel

when we wanted to take the car from the parking lot, couldn t open the door and bursted into cursing and kicking the door instead of
