a broken part on the spa bath meant we couldn't drain it

in room spa bath fantastic and whole room very tidy and clean with good facilities

cold water tap not working for spa bath in the evening but did in the morning

pool/jacuzzi & sauna all clean, easy to find, and was fabulous after a long day's shopping

loved the pool, jacuzzi, grounds and outside patio area.
