the rooms are a good size with balconies overlooking the golf course, the pool is great and it has a high quality restaurant

didn t like the fact of being charged regular rate when the pool and gym weren t available for use

pool should be cleaned more often. also after covid they no longer clean the rooms
lot of trouble with our key cards and where they were needed , like in pool area…staff replaced every time but still a nuisance

hot tub was out of order, and the pool was not heated. it was freezing!
the towels by the pool were worn and scratchy.

minor as we liked everything but the family pool had a neighbor on his balcony who spent a lot of time smoking
i stayed in one of their private casitas, complete with a personal pool, which provided a great level of privacy and relaxation
request before we left, the pool was cold
we were able to sit by the pool and have some time to ourselves
