room was wonderful, we didn t get to use the pool

we enjoyed our stay here so much, although didn t get a chance to use the pool due to the weather

was too cold to use the pool but benefited from the hot tub

you also choose the time and the place: in your room, beside the pool

we can only assume the 2 star rating is because there is no facility for evening meal or swimming pool etc but we went out every day and night anyway so it didn't matter to us

the room was spotlessly clean with room service every day

came with a car and the hotel offers a free private parking so it was exceptional

the entire place is beautiful- the menu, the decor, tje pool, the gardens, the service, and the location are all perfect

very minor comment but having to pay for extra small things, like a swimming hat for the pool or being asked to pay for a bucket of ice to go to the room, didn’t feel like 5 star

we loved our room, the restaurants, the spa, the pool…and the staff are so helpful and kind
