pool and grounds were simply stunning

the architecture and design were gorgeous, the pool was dreamy and the food we had for breakfast via room service was exceptional

location in barrio of xochimilco, clean comfortable room in brand new hotel with good wifi, very friendly owners who go out of their way to make your stay wonderful

my only real complaint would be the somewhat unstable wifi / internet connection.

on the rooftop you find a fully equipped kitchen aswell as nice sun beds for a relaxed afternoon in the sun

the pool is lovely and private

accommodation is really beautiful, it is very well treated in every single detail, the swimming pool was a nice place where to have a break and morning breakfast was very delicious

the shower lacked a door so water splashed everywhere, and the pool was smaller than expected

private use of the 'otro mundo' pool is well worth booking - make the time

no pool, no rooftop bar, no tub in my room, at over 400 usd a night it’s just not worth it, there

there are no services: no room service, no pool, no bar, no gym but worst of all, no way to call reception other than to message on whatsapp

shared areas had balconies overlooking the restaurant and pool - it was beautiful

hotel is well managed, in an excellent location with a pool and has classic colonial architecture

location is excellent, staff are very helpful and polite and the pool is, although small, more than enough

having a bar and restaurant onsite was wonderful

wifi was pretty slow in my room (106) and in the common areas (*) the wifi is occasionally wobbly (-)slow wifi with limited dates of use, noisy at times (-)and wifi could be improved (+) the air conditioning and wifi worked great (-) wifi was quite weak (-)better rooms, updated fixtures, better wifi.
