the team, facilities, food, coffee, spa and incredible landscape made it an absolute trip of a lifetime

loved the people at the hotel, the spa facilities and the hotel in general!

their traditional gallo pinto breakfast was good and it came with fresh fruit

we checked in early without a problem and had a slightly early breakfast to enable us to catch a 7am bus

there is no pool and the jacuzzi was not hot when we arrived and took three hours to get hot

our room was perfect, and the small pool a welcome respite from the heat

hosts were most kind and accommodating to us, helped us with laundry, heated up the pool, and served us a wholesome breakfast with fresh fruit and good coffee

they have a very nice pool area that is also open to the public for a fee

i would only maybe adjust the choice in pool music lol

pool was being refurbished with swim-up bar, so unfortunately not available during our stay

no hot water on the shower. breakfast had no options and had very small portions.

the breakfast room offers breathtaking panoramic views, and the food was both delicious and refined

nothing except breakfast was a bit too earl for a family with teenagers

we didn't like to leave. i will be back and sending all my friends with kids or couples.

there was lots of shopping and food all around the area to walk to the pool was beautiful and there was wildlife everywhere

stayed at parador resort and spa from february 12 to february 16, 2026, and our experience was absolutely wonderful

the pools were nice adults only and kids pool which i like the separation

room service was not great

the bed, terrible pillows, uncomfortable shower bath, no food or room service after 11 pm.
