the pool, despite me asking ahead of time, closed at 4:00pm and not 8pm which resulted in 3 grumpy kids
who wanted nothing more than to swim and they wouldn’t allow us to check in till four and the pool closed at five and then they expect you to check out at 10 am and the pool opens at 10 am
