a large group and one of the reasons we chose this hotel in november was for the indoor heated pool and heated whirlpool, which ended up being cold and not usable

all staff interaction was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was fantastic

very clean, excelent customer service and awesome breakfast and my kids love the pool.

the heater in the pool never seems to be on making the water too cold for my littles to swim in.

center only had 2 treadmills, but then went to pool, and then treadmills were free when checked again, so not so bad
