assistance in cancelling part of a joint booking with another customer the young man in the pool was professional in dealing with a tricky swimmer

the spa is lovely and just what i needed but if you re after a spa with a swimming pool and a lot of facilities this probably is not for you
no swimming pool and a room for spending time downstairs without being in the way.
have liked a quick dip in the swimming pool but not worth the 15 fee to use the whole of the spa
15 charge pp to use the spa - but only steam rooms etc and no pool - at well over 100 per night per room, should be included
