pool was great. staff very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area.

the climate pool, the game room, etc when it's raining or you want to rest it is a interesting point

the accommodations, the room with a balcony overlooking the street into downtown bar harbor
the entire staff was helpful with ideas and the town layout, since we had never travelled to bar harbor before
just a block from all the downtown bar harbor restaurants and bars, 3 blocks from the waterfront
breakfast could of had a few more options.

in clerk not really friendly, pool area needs a few more loungers and/or tables with umbrellas to sit in the shade
