swmming pool dirty, with no chlore

pool was not for kids staff unaware of prices for tours

the atrium roof over the pool was falling apart and pieces fell, making it unsafe for the children to use the pool

pool is too deep i think if should have a shallow part cause i did not get a chance to enter the

pool was not working, my room should have a bathtub and there was not and they refuse to refund me

great hotel, great facilities, great pool area, good breakfast

great location, excellent breakfast, gorgeous pool and friendly staff

pool side amazing and what i love most is location everything is right there as you exit the resort

pool area was very relaxing, delicious food and the room was so comfortable it was hard to focus on

faulty door to enter the room which you have to constantly push and the fact that the pool does not have a hand rail which is a safety hazard

the pool area quickly became my favorite spot; it was calm, beautifully kept, and the cabana restaurant

pool was merky you could t see you hand at 10 cm under water
