closed pool closed wrongly advertised i searched for a spa destination and was

hotel used a picture of a swimming pool in it's profile but there isn't one

shows a pool - a big pool - there isn t one and no spa- just an average hotel - if it just advertised

large bed, and good size bathroom, cheap and well stocked mini bar on first floor

very nice, room with balcony and view, spa in the hotel perfect

the key cards often don't work into the pool area

we got a free access to spa instead of a main inside pool, which was on maintenance..

thing we could think of was a few more umbrellas for shade around outside pool would be helpful, for people who need shading from sun

fantastic pool and spa complex for all year round visits

peaceful and quite unique spa and swimming pools were excellent with a great pool bar

fun and relaxation to be had from the activity pools areas - both inside and outside, with their current runs, jacuzzi areas hot and cold dip

pool/spa staff act as guardians rather than facilitators

room(s), food, pools and restaurants where all absolutely fist class, the hotel building was beautiful and

the thermal circuit was also fantastic with a very cool flotation pool as well as a lemon pool

be aware that staff do not seem to stop the many people we saw taking pictures and videos in the pool areas and changing rooms

we loved the pool area especially as it was included in the price

unable to sit around the pool since people reserved chairs with their towels

had to stand round waiting for pool to open, should open at 9 not 10.

fact that the lady at the reception maria said different hours of opening for the pool and actually on the boards and sites it was written down correctly

knew the spa was not open, but we thought the indoor pool was part of the hotel, but it was a municipal one next door

also, when they mention a pool, it’s important to note that it’s not owned by the hotel—you have to pay extra to use it

wanted to have an early lunch at the gastro bar but they weren’t serving it yet when we asked even though it was open

more variety of alcohol in the bar and timing said bar closes at 11 - concert finished after 12 so nightcap not available - but

rooms lovely, very nice staff, little kids play area at reception is great

actually deserves the 4star rating unlike most that have it in spain

although the roof terrace and the bar were very good, the swimming pool was a bit too small,

the staff were all so helpful and the pool was perfect

hotel is very convenient to the city centre and having the pool and sun beds was great to chill in the evenings even though the pool is not so big it did the

- big bathroom with great water pressure - room was cleaned to a high standard daily - swimming pool was lovely and not massively busy given how hot it was - staff were very friendly and polite -

has no pool and it was 45 degrees but we were prepared for this

pool is perfect and we spent a lot of time using it as well as strolling around

to the pool was difficult/impossible for anyone with waking difficulties it was a shame the bar and

lovely comfortable beds staff really kind and helpful swimming pool great

bbq station there if you want swimming pool in the summer
