didn’t eat at the hotel but used bar which was good.

the hotel bar was great and they had a terrace to sit out on a clear day

comfortable room, spacious bar area and delicious imaginative dinners

after a nice walk around betws and settled down to a couple pints, some food, and a spot of pool in the games room

great to keep the lads entertained with the pool table/dart board & the tv showing the football matches

bar pool table and darts plenty to do and enjoy in one location

are both nights in the bar up on the pool mezzanine

a wide variety of beer at the bar to quench our thirst after a long drive and a pool table to pass time time over

great food. very friendly staff. great pool. amazing spa. all round excellent. fantastic views.

you wish to use the spa facilities including the pool during the day there is a charge of 25 per person

breakfast was fantastic. so much choice and very tasty! loved the swimming pool and sauna!

treatment was good and all of the staff, breakfast was exceptional, location serene, hydro hot pool, swimming pool (very (+) the use of the spa facilities is fantastic, the hydrotherapy pool is amazing (+) spa facilities were nice although the pool is very small and not much room to swim in (+) spa and pool were exceptional (+) staff and ambience were great as were the facilities and spa/pool/jacuzzi (+)pool was good - helped my arthritic bits and i could move a lot more than i can 'on land' (+)pool, breakfast. setting in countryside magnificent. will come again (+)the swiming pool and the spa (-)only minor fault was lots of children in the spa/pool in the evening dive bombing and screaming which wasn t particularly great as we wanted a (+)friendly helpful staff excellent breakfast enjoyed the swim and hydrotherapy pool

only the smell of chlorine in reception and the bar area could be improved

managed to go to the pool and steam room everyday which made my stay, also had an amazing massage which had me floating

location, the swimming pool and gym facilities are great, nice and clean rooms, all the staff were friendly and nothing

also, a bonus was being able to use the swimming pool
