facilities (swimming pool for my granddaughter)and the walk to see the county animals was amazing (-)the pool could open a little bit longer. (+) also the swimming pool (+) the soft play area and pool were especially popular with the kids (+)lovely swimming pool. (+) we loved the facilities of a gym, pool and a teen zone area all of which we made good use of then topped it all with a lovely meal in (+)lovely staff. most comfortable beds ever. great pool and spa areas. (+)very pleasant and cosy lounges. fantastic swmimming pool and very clean and very nice bedrooms (+)pool was great, bedroom was roomy. (+) stayed in the hotel for a couple of days before going to self catering for a week lovely pool for hotel

wifi speed a little slow

i liked the bar area

coffee and toast were not served at the table all the facilities well maintained and plenty of parking

room service charge to have a 16 pizza and chips brought up

eck in reception, receptionist for the swimming pool, beauty thereapist) were all absolutely brilliant

although we didn't use the leisure facilities, the liesure suit and pool looked superb

sadly i didn't get anytime to visit the pool or gym or get breakfast so can't comment on these; but will definitely try again for a future

do with a water fountain in the pool area not just in the gym area hated the idea of having to go out to use the facility in

pool is open to the public, so i didn't get in for a swim for kids but maybe next time

lovely warm room, great breakfast, best hotel gym i've ever seen with pool, sauna and steam room

rooms were great and staff were lovely, only thing i would have to say that s negative is the pool opening at 4 as in the evening was when most of our plans were so we didn t really get to go

forgot our swim stuff so couldn't use the pool

was disappointing the pool wasn t available.

facilities were great, pool, gym etc all really clean and had everything you needed for a few hours down time

stay was magnificent the only downfall was the cafe and bar ect were not open

no soft drinks or mixers in the bar and no ice

the pool was lovely, could be used as single, couple or family
