had pool and jacuzzi but because of our travel plans

said there was a pool, restaurant and bar and bigger room

no restaurant , pool, outdoor space

sounded like i was in a swimming pool. could here noise echoing off the cement walls

the pictures/amenities don't match, like the pool, the tub, the layout of the room.

clean and new, all taken care of we missed the pool but we looked and it was great temperature and

large lobby with bar and games for family. secure parking, free airport shuttle 24/7, pool.

where's the pool? not marked in the hallways.

the gym and pool were great and there's plenty of outside seating, which was nice because the weather was

only downside is that we were looking forward to use the pool but it was closed for the day due to

(-) parking is a bit troublesome (+) parking was available and free (+)car parking facility - the comfy bed. helpful breakfast staff. (-)was weird, very insisting, kept insisting on getting the jeys of our vehicle, went home with our parking ticket causing us to have a hard time getting our vehicle out of the parking lot (+)is really clean, i really love this minimalist design, the breakfast is great, the underground parking is a big (-)the parking, it is located in a very traffic area and it is hard to find their parking place. (-) that means that buses are parking, loading, and unloading right outside your window at all hours

the gym's equipment was in great shape and the workout room was even equipped with a tv

the wifi sucked

gym is structurally unfurnished and the few machines can be hardly used.

loved the outdoor common area with pool--beautiful & peaceful

room (sol) has everything you need, wifi is good, food is lovely, staff are fabulous, nice heated pool and the malecon is only 1 minutes walk so you can be in the town centre in a few minutes
