pool and spa weren't heated until may 1st.
there was big pine trees the pool was wonderful

pool was unavailable, jim was hard to find
pool area was closed and out of use.

due to covid the pool was still closed but you could tell that they had used the downtime to upgrade it

the pool was in need of resurfacing.

breakfast> inadequate. the heated pool and hot tub made the experience totally worthwhile.
