we enjoyed our stay. it was convenient and the grandkids loved the pool

rooms was very clean , staff was very nice , pool was awesome as well i would definitely stay here again

the pool is dirty, the latches on the doors don’t lock and the blanket was paper thin

with us, one 16 years old the other 15 years old that had to be accompanied by an adult at the pool, no big deal i just went and watched them swim

after arriving, & having locked-in rate, they had no pool availability for grandchildren, which i could entertain them by

room was great but rest of hotel needs updated and pool needs to be vacuumed

location--was kind of hard to get to; had to go through taco bell or dairy queen parking lot

the beds were comfortable and their parking lot was very well lit.

the staff were great, bed comfortable, had a great time in the pool, and the breakfast was delicious

some occupants left the pool area trashed, which was very unpleasant and unappreciated

pool area was not what i expected

the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub didn t work.

the room did not get cleaned for two days. also they was remodeling the pool and hot tub

ladies at the front desk were friendly, the pool and workout area was fun and since we were in the third floor it was very nice and

the staff was so friendly & helpful! the breakfast was fantastic & they have a heated pool !!

since it was the end of dec we were very happy with the indoor pool and hot tub

they say they have a pool and a hot tub to pool in the hot tub should be open if they don't have pool in the hot tub

pool, exercise room not in use and limited breakfast but i understan due to hurricane damage in the

bugs in the room/on the wall/dirty pool

under renovation, plenty of dead flies on the floor at entrances/exits, pool not very inviting/too disgusting to try
