i wish the jacuzzi was bigger or that they had a separate pool

the rooftop pool and view, restaurant serves awesome food, the staff is friendly and attentive to your needs,

the roof had a small pool and great views of the sunrise as did our room

the hotel is clean and the pool is amazing (and that is far outshadowed by the amazing experience) was that the hot tub by the infinity pool (the closest to our room) wasn't working properly and wasn't hot (+) the food was great and the pools were quite fun (-) we would've liked to have food service at the pool but that wasn't an option but there were plenty of restaurants to choose from (+) really liked having towels at your disposal at all the pool areas (+) a pool almost at every building

during spring break and it felt really crowded with long lines for everything - breakfast, ferry, gym

everything about this hotel - beautiful views from the room, great amenities, water park and the pools, private palomino island ,great customer service
