tub was luke warm, gym was unusable and took over an hour and a half for food to be served in the

window doesn’t have any locks, the safe doesn’t have locks, around the swimming pool need some improvement, when the floor is wet it’s slippery, need to clean the shower

is a deposit you have to pay for the towels to use the pool, which put us off using it

it was a restored palace with beautiful rooms. it had two swimming pools which was great.
