parking lot was a little tight.

the bar was a disappointment

accommodating night porter who didn t mind us ordering drinks after the bar shut :-) michelin started restaurant which we unfortunately didn t get the chance to dine in,

we used the spa facilities for the extra 15euro each ,which was great after a long day of sightseeing

the jacuzzi/pool and steam room were also fantastic

i didn't use the pool/spa on this visit

restaurant closed sunday evening and you have to pay 15euros to use pool-sauna

the nice wellness centre with a swimming pool was nice at only 15 euros extract for one hour and half

the bar server was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us - bringing cushions out to us when we

spacious room staff very helpful providing parking and room suitable for poor mobility

we had 2 adjoining rooms, one of which had a kitchen

was an ideal base for us touring normandy s many ww2 museums, we opted for a room with a kitchenette diner for our own convenience, the staff we helpful and

enjoyed some of their wine by the pool and purchased some to take home

beautiful, immaculately clean! and relaxing, fabulous swimming pool!

very clean, good car parking, close to ferry terminal. outstanding restaurant

wifi was a bit hit and miss, however we have enough mobile data so wasn t too much if a problem

very basic rooms felt a bit overpriced, more motel style than spa hotel

parking was a bit tricky, but not a lot can be done to change this

parking is limited and rather cramped

never used the spa facilities, this was my last stop before the ferry home

had a back room (onto garden, swimming pool) and extremely quiet (+) nice pool, garden, stairs and lift (+)staff, great pool and right opposite the beach (+) the swimming pool was never very busy , the water was warm & the garden was quiet & always somewhere to sit (+)nice location by the sea. nice pool. (+) the little swimming pool being open all day was a real bonus (+)which was bright, modern and had a lovely view (4th floor looking over the back of hotel) the pool was also nice (+) covered swimming pool in spacious garden

the staff at the spa pool were so helpful and patient, especially as french is not our first language

it is prohibited to stay with children in the swimming pool in the morning

no children running around or jumping/screaming in the pool

how salty the pool was

i was delighted to go for a swim in the little hot tub pool - which although small, was nonetheless adequate
