the damp smell at the pool

well organised with covid procedures, booking times for breakfast and use of the pool etc

we loved the use of the jacuzzi and pool also they have a bit where if you forget your goggles you can buy a pair which is good

hd never been to the pool area before and the staff down there where so helpful on directing us to where we needed to go

room was nice and clean, pool facilities and spa were great, staff lovely, food lovely and overall a great 2 days away

the spa facilities are exceptional, despite not having a pool, and they have a number of hot tubs and full spa facilities

thought there was a swimming pool so that was a little bit disappointing but we did use the spa facilities

there was no pool.

the evening bar staff in particular were so welcoming, making sure our kids felt included and entertained, which added a special touch to our experience

put in room 1, which view is of the roof and back of kitchen, whereas with only 2 rooms occupied, it would have been better customer experience to put

the roast potatoes were well a truly overdone and should not have been sent out from kitchen

the staff went out of their way to feed us when we arrived late, after the kitchen had closed

liked everything about our stay staff were lovely esp wee blonde bar maid sorry didn't get her name

the leisure facility had a good sized pool a warm jacuzzi, steam room and sauna

lovely heated swimming pool too

my son loved the pool

we had a very good sleep, enjoyed spa, sauna, swimming pool was not crowded, very calming and relaxing

facilities were very good and clean the pool and the gym were very good food was tasty and breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice
