favourite part was the swimming pool and heated hot tub, can t fault anything though, it was all really

s loosing some tiles)there was some water beds

the main pool from the thermal village needs to be repaired

a glass of prosecco in the vitality pool looking out over the river is well worth it in my opinion

i lost count of all the hot tubs, vitality pools, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis

handy location very clean great pool and gym area

good gym and pool setup

value for money and had fantastic gym and swimming pool :)

leisure centre just felt a bit dated in comparison to the hotel but was great - the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna were fantastic

spa/pool facilities very good

children's swimming lessons meant we couldn't use the pool, but could avail of the steam room and jaccuizi

pool decor needs update only a minor issue though

front desk not knowing pool closure times as different to gym

food was amazing pool/spa facilities really good staff were all lovely very good

chance room sister but saff manger help out move room was geat so be all same leave and spa and pool changing room let down kids and female had change in same room was let by us and walk outside

pool quite limited usage due to swimming classes being booked

the only thing that disappointed me was that i didn’t know that you had to book the pool

and polite, really nice hotel couldn't fault facility's were exceptional including spa and pool

pool but could do with refurbish

the pool and spa area was a lovely treat

pool could have been a little warmer and quite a few children under 16yrs were in the

pool was warm and clean

spacious bedrooms. lovely location. great pool.
