pool needed quite a bit of attention

i wish the pool was heated, but i'm spoiled!

the pool was awesome

i imagine it was from guests walking down the hallway from the pool dripping water on the carpet over time

i wish the pool could stay open a little longer then 10pm.

the coffee, the staff, the room, the in bath items and the pool were all fantastic.

breakfast was great, they have bathtubs which is great for little kids, an indoor pool, and really good water pressure in the shower

the indoor pool and market.

from the check-in experience to the bedroom cleanliness, from the great pool and so warm jacuzzi to the excellent breakfast, all is done to make your stay a real vacation

the pool and hot tub chlorine was very strong

the staff was super friendly, our room was clean, the pool and hot tub were fantastic

than my stay could have been longer and i would have had time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool

pool, staff and housekeepers very friendly and professional, cleanliness of property,

the pool had been affected by the recent deluge from ts fred & hadn t been treated yet.

the outside pool area and shaded decks were comfortable, cool and had beautiful views of the bay

pool was actually heated and the water in both the pool and hot tub was clean

it was a nice little oasis, with lots of family activities such as a pool, jacuzzi, an arcade which included ping pong, air hockey, pool tables, and lots of other games

pool was a little cool.. should have been a little warmer.

i liked the pool, the beach location, the huge cheerful lobby. we even got to play ping pong!

think the pool could have been cleaner and the trash from the trees cleaned up better from the pool

the beachfront was great, food great, daily interactions with the kids at the pool was fun for my son and daily drink special great for parents

the food is good, lazy river and pool were great for our son

larger pool seemed like it needed to be cleaned better.

the room was comfortable, the outside decks and pools were immaculate

trip with our daughters 1st time at the beach, we loved the kiddie area for her & the heated pool was our go to

its the pool, beach bar, beach, size of property and location, location, location and the laid back

amazing pool areas with island mountain bar grotto. super helpful staff. top notch.
