hot in the pool area, lamps didnt work, towels were dingy, tub faucet was broken

water took 20 minutes to warm up to take a shower, the indoor pool was ice cold, and i basically had to kick the door in to get in my room

rooms didn’t have ac that actually cooled the rooms, they had a pool but not accessible to anyone

the pool was green!! the room was a non smoking room the reeks of smoke

i opted out of breakfast, i enjoyed the pool area, while there.
