the wifi doesn't work so good

when asking for an ice bucket i was told it would be charged as room service unless i ask at the pool bar, i asked and got refused, with a dirty look

we were in adults only area, there is one heated and one massage pool

my only grip was that the swim up pool was closed although there was lots of people there.
