) the heated indoor pool was clean and had sufficient towels stocked and my kids spent plenty of downtime there

or mindy she was kind and explained everything especially since we were ready to jump in the pool

only complaint would be that the view from our room was the roof of the swimming pool, other than that it was perfect

we had an issue at the pool and she took care of it right away
