the gym is very poor. this place would be perfect if it had an outdoor pool

the staff were amazing, the pool & spa facilities were equivalent to many hotels 4x the price, and the view of the castle from

the pool and spa facilities are superb, very clean.

breakfast was fantastic. so much choice and very tasty! loved the swimming pool and sauna!

didn't like how they have changed the rules for the pool

one or two mosaic tiles were adrift in the pool

we used the pool, gym and massage

had to pre book to use the swimming pool so disappointed i didn't get to see it.

and welcoming, fabulous gardens which seemed to go for miles, spa is included with pool, hot tub, steam and sauna

the spa is beautiful with a great pool and very friendly and professional staff

treatment was good and all of the staff, breakfast was exceptional, location serene, hydro hot pool, swimming pool (very (+) the use of the spa facilities is fantastic, the hydrotherapy pool is amazing (+) spa facilities were nice although the pool is very small and not much room to swim in (+) spa and pool were exceptional (+) staff and ambience were great as were the facilities and spa/pool/jacuzzi (+)pool was good - helped my arthritic bits and i could move a lot more than i can 'on land' (+)pool, breakfast. setting in countryside magnificent. will come again (+)the swiming pool and the spa (-)only minor fault was lots of children in the spa/pool in the evening dive bombing and screaming which wasn t particularly great as we wanted a (+)friendly helpful staff excellent breakfast enjoyed the swim and hydrotherapy pool

managed to go to the pool and steam room everyday which made my stay, also had an amazing massage which had me floating

plus we did manage to go for a quick dip in the swimming pool which was a nice treat for two

swimming pool needed freshening up a bit

hotel room, breakfast and pool were brilliant. and the staff were all friendly.

hotel has great facilities with a pool jacuzzi sauna towels are provided

bit disappointing that the pool and gym were closed, but this was due to the covid-19

i would have liked for the pool to have stayed open later in the evenings
