maybe the pool could have been warmer!

our kids really enjoyed the pool

is excellent, room very clean, very nice pool and spa,breakfast is boiled egg toast and

also, liked the swimming pool was open for use by reservation only

room was awesome and enjoyed the pool too (just a little too cold tho)

only complaint i have would be there was dirt or blood where we would have hung the towels, the pool was outside so we couldn’t use it when it’s cold outside

only issue we had was that the pool keys wouldn t work but the front desk at the zermatt gave us a key to use for the couple
