the pool had a lot of different venues make it fantastic

staff by the pool was excellent, always ready with another round and with a smile

the bar pool service was also stupendous from people such as cesar and others on the team who worked

side which was for adults only so it seemed we had to walk quite a bit to get to the activities pool for our children

(+) the pools, staff, food, room, beach area, & drinks all were truly perfect (+)restaurants pool sea bedrooms (+) we chose a plunge pool room and absolutely loved it

the pool/bar staff was constantly checking up to make sure we always had what we needed

the only downside for us as we opted to eat in town two out of the 4 nights because after eating breakfast and lunch at the hotel the cost did add up

hotel, stunning location, amazing service and great food (especially breakfast and punta bonita), privacy and community, the free bikes, tennis and water sports

you an option to “break the day” no need of earphones unless you need music at the xhale pool because there is music all day at the other 2

have been a little more push to get things going from the entertainment team in the disco and pool side stuff

small price to pay because the pool is exceptional

beach isn't the best and we had seaweed during our stay, but the pool and a day trip on a catamaran more than made up for it
