the pool has too much chlorine and the laundry service was not available when required.

we loved the pool, the spa, the service, the room - everything was amazing

we visited in march so the roof top bar/terrace was closed but the pool area inside was lovely

ich i did not as it would have spoilt going out plans,

on a sunday the hotel pool does not open until after 9am which is disappointing

suite with a jacuzzi to apartment size suite with home cinema room and in-room sauna the swimming pool area is very relaxing and quiet with a nice selection of drinks and food

room was very close to the pool / route to exit, so noise levels in the morning were a bit of a wake up call
