pool and especially hottub was too cold....like 10 - 15 degrees too cold.
there is a lovely pool here that was being enjoyed by other guests

somethings in the pool did not work for the kids play part. hot tub and spa out of order.
the indoor soft play and swimming pool looked like a lot of fun but we forgot our swim gear
waterpark pool was perfect for our kids
