rooms are fine, the swimming pool is fine, it s all lovely to look at, but

for the water to be turned on in the room then for them to turn on the hot water then to use the pool and none of the water features were working

the hotel's facilities, including the pool and fitness center, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay
