pool not open

the pool was not open in july !

no amenities such as pool, etc, but we were only staying one night, so we appreciated not paying for amenities we would

wanted to use the pool , i wish the bathroom in the motel had more ventilation if somebody uses the bathroom it

the gentleman that checked us in was very nice. had a pool

the property was pretty nice, we even enjoyed the outdoor pool, even though it isn't pool season, but the weather was great

i loved the jacuzzi and the comfortable beds and the pool starts open until 10pm

the indoor pool was warm and available for many hours of the day

indoor pool and location convenience.

pool and hot tub had too many people in it and they stayed for hours

it rained most of our stay but the indoor pool, crafts, mini golf and frog hunting saved the day

no towels left at the pool....

i can understand the outdoor pool being closed for the season until memorial day but it didn't make sense to me that the coffee

we had a blast in the pool and the front desk staff, were exceptional

spacious and clean love that there's a pool for adults only

hot tub not working correctly. (half of the jets not functional.) pool towels very old, ratty.

the children loved the swimming pool with the water slide and lazy river

the outdoor pool was still under repair in mid may, and it was 90d out.

due to covid the bar restaurant and pool were all closed which they did not inform me of they just had signs posted on the door

the pool wasn't open and the

pool suction/ vacuum was not functioning. the floor was flooding.

the first night we had to use pool towels to dry off after coming in and showering off the road

clean and convenient. pool was an added bonus as the site didn’t specify there was one.

pool did not seem very clean

breakfast was nicer than we expect from this type of hotel

so the indoor pool was closed and it looked like maybe doing some renovation stuff

the houses are private but we could sit with other guests at the fire pit , mini golf, or pool

very kid friendly several pools to choose from and fun activities the hotel plans that you can do with your kids

property is beautiful with a lot of fun activities,such as crafts, pool, hot tub, game room, horse shoes and mini golf and more

pool was highly chlorinated and kids could not enjoy it as much

contemporary art decor, indoor pool and jacuzzi. the game room and exercise room was a bonus.

pool is out of the building and not accessible to the guest when there is a group class is going on

the indoor pool needs to be updated. feels like a ymca but it is adequate for lap swimming.

the location is fantastic and the fact that the spa, pool, and fitness center is at the williamsburg in and available to grifin guests at the same rate
