there was no towels in our room or at the pool

temperature of the pool needs to be higher, and the water pressure in the shower is very low/shower heads not strong

i enjoyed the pool and

pool was not heated up--apparently it had to be turned on so it was not ready for us

keep in mind that the pool and fitness center are closed and not available to guests, but she wouldn’t give us two cups

indoor pool wasn't open so i couldn't take my daughters swimming.

to leave the pool when the thunder and lightning moved in, but i understand it was for

pool was closed for repairs but i was able to use the one at best western during my stay
