the pool was out service, some problems with the elevator

beds are comfortable and the rooftop pool was really nice!

i booked the hotel because it had a pool but upon arrival we were informed that the pool was closed

during our stay the pool area was closed, which was not stated when we booked

swimming pool is quite small, and unfortunately there is no gym available

the kids enjoyed the pool and we had a wonderful time overall

by the pool was extra lovely, and all the staff we encountered were so sweet and accommodating

didn’t like the pool, as it is quite small not like in the presentation photos

pool was under repair (repaint job) so was not usable, but i wasn't planning on using anyway
