pool not open

the pool was not open in july !

no amenities such as pool, etc, but we were only staying one night, so we appreciated not paying for amenities we would

wanted to use the pool , i wish the bathroom in the motel had more ventilation if somebody uses the bathroom it

the gentleman that checked us in was very nice. had a pool

the pool area was very clean also

they even extended the pool hours so we can get in a swim before bedtime

i really wanted to use the pool but it was closed still

that the pool and fitness center was closed due to the covid19

the pool was also clean and water temp was perfect

thing i would have changed was that the pool wasn't very warm and the game room was a little weak

the pool area was a nice addition with activities going on most nights

hot tub not working correctly. (half of the jets not functional.) pool towels very old, ratty.

we loved the pool and playing games around our dining room table

i loved the jacuzzi and the comfortable beds and the pool starts open until 10pm

pool was close by, loved having a washer/dryer available, spacious rooms, nice kitchen area.

the property was pretty nice, we even enjoyed the outdoor pool, even though it isn't pool season, but the weather was great

the indoor pool was warm and available for many hours of the day

pool area stayed open till 2am

pool water was cloudy, pool lights did not work

so the indoor pool was closed and it looked like maybe doing some renovation stuff

pool!!!! location walking distance to almost everything,

nothing really wish the pool was open alittle later

love that the pool is 24 hours even though the hot tub was down during our stay

embassy suites heated pool saved the day

we needed towels in the pool area and within minutes someone brought towel in to the pool area.

the pool is great for kids, the breakfast is wonderful, and of course the complimentary drinks durning

great breakfast top quality! nice fitness center, hot tub pool ...etc

only wish the hotel still had a hot tub in the pool area and the weight machine in the gym.

wd did not have the breakfast. but the kids loved the pool and how close it was go everything.

mini-golf, pool, hot tub, large chess, and a daily activity take place, including waffles one day

everything was wonderful. staff was amazing. my family enjoy everything especially the pool.

i can understand the outdoor pool being closed for the season until memorial day but it didn't make sense to me that the coffee

resort property with all the amenities, like put putt golf, tennis, basketball, fishing, several pools with a pool bar, local restaurant

no internet at all, no breakfast and pool very far from the room

enjoyed taking advantage of as many of the amenities as possible, including an afternoon at the pool

wish we'd had time to take advantage of the pool at the inn, a nice perk (although it's about 3-4 blocks distance away, behind the cw inn)

pool is out of the building and not accessible to the guest when there is a group class is going on

the indoor pool needs to be updated. feels like a ymca but it is adequate for lap swimming.

to busch gardens they even have a free shuttle directly to the park there is a lazy river pool which is awesome, servers to bring you food and drinks poolside, towels, rafts, music,

this resort was fabulous... great food entertainment , pool ... a+

close to the pool and spa was also nice

website and handouts from the resort state all pools are open until 9, but our favorite pool with the lazy river closed at 8 every night we stayed

wildlife walking around, our condo was riverfront so the views were amazing we were very close to pools, fitness center and main building
