the location is fantastic and also the swimming pool.

we had the deluxe room with the jacuzzi on the balcony facing out towards the pool and lake

they were happy to accommodate to all of our request and the outdoor pool area is just stunning

also, as being in front of the pool, we had to stand the noises from other guest until 4am in the morning

the pool area was like a dream

we arrived in a day that was a little chilly but we weren t able to use the pool bcz it was freezing and it supposed to be climatized

just 15 minutes from la piedra and 20 minutes from guatape by bus/jeep, and the hotel has a pool, sauna and jacuzzi to keep you entertained
