(+) really loved the swimming pool as did the kids and enjoyed very nice massages (+) i wish i could remember everyone's names, but mehdi at the reception, faye at sharkie's pool and sangeeta, who brought some of our meals, have all treated us with so much kindness i feel

spa lockers broken and gym/spa facilities generally a bit small and shabby

the bar prices are on the steep side.

stayed in the vicarage which is next to a lovely heated pool

finding out we were staying where the open air pool was was a huge bonus, we spent hours in there under the sun

use of outdoor pool a bonus listening to sheep baaing from my bedroom very

next morning used the pool

the hot tub in the pool suite was out of order again.

the hotel seemed quite full when we stayed so the pool and breakfast room were also a little busy but that was well within expectations
