room was wonderful, we didn t get to use the pool

we enjoyed our stay here so much, although didn t get a chance to use the pool due to the weather

was too cold to use the pool but benefited from the hot tub

you also choose the time and the place: in your room, beside the pool

the hotel is really neat and beautiful and the pool is great

pool was excellent, overlooking the douro river

every afternoon we would sit by the pool and watch the sunset

excellent facilities for a family - infinity pool, indoor pool, games room

the entire place is beautiful- the menu, the decor, tje pool, the gardens, the service, and the location are all perfect

breakfast, pool time, bar, dinner and all over the property the same set of songs over and over again

exceeded our expectations, but one thing i would say is do you really need to play music around pool and gardens

at the pool you can hear the motorway

very minor comment but having to pay for extra small things, like a swimming hat for the pool or being asked to pay for a bucket of ice to go to the room, didn’t feel like 5 star
