i know that the hotel itself was on very nice grounds, had views of the mountains, a beautiful pool area, with good to excellent restaurants (lotus of siam is supposed to be one of the best thai (+)the hotel was very clean and comfortable.the pool was amazing. (+)beautiful and full of amenities! loved the pools (+)the pool (+), especially with kids, fantastic pool area, nice restaurants, even a huge cinema and bowling center attached to it, really fantastic (+) i truly appreciated being able to enjoy the casino, pool, lounge, and restaurants without having to deal with the huge crowds of the strip (-)pool was closed which was a bummer. housekeeping left a lot to be desired. (-)wish they allowed you to bring food to the pool from inside the hotel (+)pool area with good food service, bowling alley, movie theater, many restaurants, close to a (+)the hotel was very upscale - kid loved the pool everything was neat and clean
