lovely ocean view nice pool area

pool and beach were wonderful

liked the close proximity of restaurants and the pool area

there, our room 414 was conveniently located close to the elevator which in turn was close to the pool/bar

pool the beach bar the beach the balcony the rooms were spacious the water dispensers excellent

kids in swimming pool splashing and diving

pool/beach boys were also very polite and helpful

additionally, the pool area and restaurant was excellent

the beach and the pool were beautiful

construction by pool was annoying

temperature of the pool was a little bit too nippy for children to swim unless it is a middy or untill

adult pool was great.

wish they played some form of music at the pool radio, live ect

the pool was under construction so that was a bummer

we love sitting by the pool facing the ocean and just listening to the waves crash in

and tire easily while carrying our heavy bags to and from our room when we are walking to the pool area, lobby and main entrance

and it is the largest (and best) pool i have ever seen (+)fabulous resort pool, gardens, and beach location (+)view, front desk agent with long blonde curly hair, cleanliness and pool area (+)for family with kids to stay there, clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful swimming pool area, penguins, flamingo, swans, all these make our family feel happy:)thanks a lot, will come (+)is a really top notch resort with plenty of beaches and pools (-)1 thing the pool policies need to be better enforced to prevent reserving of multiple sun lounges (+) birds, an incredible pool, excellent restaurants, and a wonderful space to just walk around in (+) we love the pool area (+)location, great service, delicious food, useful amenities and fun facilities like the pool, with children's area and bar (+)excellent pool area and location (+)the room was roomy, the bed was comfy, the pool was amazing. the grounds were beautiful

also, signage to the spa was lacking and i ended up walking around in circles and was 20 minutes late for appt

spa and gym superb pool facilities excellent along with pool side god and drink service
