but we are understand
the pool and spa services were closed due to the pandemic, we were sad
we loved the amenities on property such as the pool/hot tub, regency room, steam coffee shop, and the lobby area
pool was closed for the season but the hot tub was still open

we inquired about the pool, the desk clerk let us know that we were eligible to use the pool at the adjacent hotel
the pool wasn't open yet lol, but all in all we had a good time
