to certain tour companies which can be incredible expensive with no other options to compete pool attendants aren’t seizing opportunities to serve more had to make reservations for each

shout out to the kids club team, coffee shop team and jarrett at the pool bar for always welcoming us and asking how our stay is going

staff was very helpful and pool was wonderful, complete with all the monkeys your heart desires

the adult pool area was dirty all the time

and cleaning standards seriously and at the same time it didn t stop us from enjoying the pool, beach and other areas of the resort

beach is steps away from the pool

it is right on the pacific warm ocean and you can hop between the pool and the ocean

enough shade for the sun loungers especially as one side of the pool wanted to charge extra for the shady beds

i also wish i would haven known the hotel provides sunscreen at the pool
