(+)perfect location beautiful art and furnishing nice bar and restaurant (-) and the bar menu was not good (+) great restaurant and bar downstairs with wonderful artwork in lobby

plenty of parking in the back - just didn't have the typical entrance on the front

there was no soap in the dispensers, the desk worker left her young children unattended in the pool
